An archway leads to the two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom with half-size bath & shower and wc. It has a separate breakfasting kitchen with full-size cooker & fridge. There is even a lemon tree sited outside the Kitchen door. The huge front aspect sea-facing verandah is surrounded by fragrant flowers and herbs. The breathtaking views across the bay and enveloping mountains and framed by intensely red hibiscus flowers and crimson bougainvillaea leaves.

Located above the swimming pool, this well-appointed villa enjoys superb panoramic views over the pool, gardens, rolling hills and the beautiful bay of Mirabello. The partly cane-shaded verandah provides an ideal place to watch the morning sun rise over the bay, the huge silvery moon shining over the sea and the constantly changing pink and purple hues of the distant mountains.
The spacious interior is tastefully decorated with local wooden furnishings and the floor is covered throughout with mellow beige tiles.
